Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting them with their video gaming needs, recommending items, and thanking guests for shopping at GameStop.
• Fully support the shopping environment, assist with visual/operational tasks, and contribute to store sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Partner with the team to keep all areas of the store clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and transferring products from stock to selling floor, ensuring neat presentation.
• Help the store team meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention while staying aware of safety best practices.
• Adhere to GameStop policies on attendance, confidentiality, conflict of interest, and ethics.
