GameStop is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak shopping days. You will provide best-in-class guest service, assist with product recommendations, and help maintain a clean, organized store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with video gaming needs; recommend items and guide purchases.
• Support store environment, visuals, and sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines including restrooms.
• Stock and restock merchandise, transfer from stock room to selling floor and present products clearly.
• Meet and strive to exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage goals while maintaining service standards.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Assist with inventory control and loss prevention and stay aware of scams.
• Adhere to company policies, attendance, confidentiality, and ethical responsibilities.
