Mind Games in Bethesda, MD is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join our fast-paced retail team. You will greet customers, assist with product selection, operate the POS, and maintain an engaging store display to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in sales or retail, plus a passion for pop culture and board games. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 pounds is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or retail.
• Passion for pop culture and board games preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer questions, build customer confidence, and recommend products based on their needs, providing exceptional customer service.
• Operate a POS system, accurately process payments, and issue receipts.
• Keep the store neat, restock products, and ensure inventory meets demand.
• Act as an expert in product lines, with attention to detail and ability to answer questions.
• Provide advice on product selection, usage, care, and maintenance.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming demeanor and greet customers upon arrival while checking out efficiently.
