GameStop is hiring a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak season. You will focus on sales, store maintenance, and customer service, delivering best-in-class shopping experiences in a Circle of Life sales environment.

Availability during holiday peak days is required. Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with their video game needs, stocking merchandise, maintaining an inviting store, and following company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting them with their video gaming needs, and processing transactions.
• Support the shopping environment and contribute to store sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate with the store team to keep all areas clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure products are presented well.
• Help the team meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Answer guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder as needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices, including safety awareness.
• Adhere to GameStop policies and procedures (attendance, confidentiality, conflict of interest).
