Job summary

Macy’s is seeking a Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Colleague (Back of House) to support store operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure smooth customer experiences. You’ll handle receiving, tagging, organizing merchandise, and delivering orders curbside along with in-store customer interactions.

Seasonal hours are typically 10–20 per week. Roles involve teamwork, flexibility, and a strong commitment to operational excellence and sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist with purchases on the floor and curbside pickups.
• Receive, tag, and organize merchandise; maintain stockroom and sales floor accuracy.
• Pick, pack, and retrieve orders; ensure Ready on Time for Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS).
• Wrap up daily tasks by organizing the stockroom and preparing for the next day’s shift.
• Support colleagues and collaborate to deliver excellent customer service.
