Job summary

Macy's is hiring a Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Colleague (Back of House) to support store operations, inventory accuracy, and curbside order fulfillment. You will assist with receiving merchandise, organizing stock, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from checkout to pickup.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Effective communication with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and resolve issues on the floor or curbside pickups.
• Receive, tag, organize stock and prepare orders for pickup or delivery.
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor, update pricing and signage as needed.
• Wrap up daily operations by organizing stockroom and preparing for next shift.
• Promote Macy's Loyalty benefits and ensure accurate, courteous service.
• Support team with honesty, care and collaboration to serve customers.
