Job summary

Macy’s Inc. is hiring a Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Colleague (Back of House) to support store operations, manage inventory, and ensure smooth customer experiences. You will handle receiving, tagging, stockroom organization, and curbside deliveries with attention to detail and teamwork.

You’ll interact with customers, help resolve issues, and contribute to on-time order fulfillment while maintaining stockroom and floor efficiency. This role is seasonal and requires flexible availability.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise, tag items, and organize the stockroom to support operations.
• Pick, pack, and retrieve orders from back-of-house storage and prepare curbside pickups.
• Monitor Ready on Time for Buy Online Pickup In-Store orders and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Assist customers on the floor, greet shoppers warmly, resolve issues, and deliver orders curbside with care.
• Maintain a clean, serviced stockroom and sales floor with proper signage and restocking.
