• Receive and organize merchandise and assist with stockroom duties.
• Pick, pack, and retrieve orders from back-of-house storage and deliver curbside.
• Monitor Ready on Time (BOPS) alerts to ensure on-time pickup orders.
• Support stockroom and sales floor operations for smooth customer experience.
