You’ll handle receiving, organizing, picking, packing, and delivering orders, including curbside pickups and BOPS readiness, across back-of-house and sales areas. The role emphasizes strong teamwork, reliability, and a friendly customer onboarding mindset.

• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, and stock merchandise; pick, pack, and retrieve orders from back-of-house storage.
• Deliver orders curbside to customers and monitor Ready on Time for BOPS orders.
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor organization for smooth operations and strong results.
• Greet customers, resolve issues, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.
• Wrap up daily tasks with efficient end-of-day stockroom organization and preparation for the next day.
