Job summary

Macy's Inc. is hiring a Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Colleague to support store operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure smooth customer experiences. Duties include receiving, organizing merchandise, picking, packing, and delivering orders curbside, while monitoring Ready on Time for Buy Online Pickup In-Store.

A customer‑focused, detail‑oriented approach is essential. You will greet shoppers, resolve issues, and contribute to stockroom and floor efficiency.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to assist customers and resolve issues.
• Able to read and follow employment policies and safety rules in English.
• Comfortable handling merchandise and updating stock while maintaining store appearance.

Responsibilities

• Receive and organize merchandise and prepare stockroom for easy access.
• Pick, pack, and retrieve orders; support curbside delivery and BOPS readiness.
• Greet customers, resolve issues, and assist with order fulfillment on the floor or curbside.
• Maintain a clean, accurate stockroom and sales floor; support merchandise moves.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily sales goals and deliver excellent customer service.
