Job summary

Kohl’s is hiring for a store associate role focused on delivering excellent customer service and executing store operations efficiently. You will process freight and omni-channel tasks, replenish floor stock, greet customers, and uphold product protection standards.

You will also participate in training for new hires and support POS and service departments to ensure fast, friendly checkout experiences. Flexibility for days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service mindset and ability to multi-task with attention to detail.
• Verbal and written communication skills with interpersonal abilities.
• No retail experience required.
• Must be 16 years of age or older, with flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product, including unloading truck shipments and omni channel fulfillment.
• Replenish the sales floor based on sell through and seasonal changes.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Execute all product protection standards.
• Participate in training for new hires on Kohl’s brand standards, product knowledge, inventory procedures, and productivity standards.
