Job summary

Kohl’s is hiring for an associate role focused on exceptional customer service and efficient store operations. You will process freight, replenish shelves, and support omni-channel fulfillment while engaging customers and upholding brand standards.

The position requires flexible availability (days, nights, weekends, holidays) and is open to individuals 16 years or older. Training is provided to learn product knowledge, inventory procedures, and productivity expectations.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
• Verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product, including unloading truck shipments and omni channel fulfillment.
• Replenish the sales floor based on sell through and seasonal changes.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Execute all product protection standards.
• Participate in training for new hires on Kohl’s brand standards and procedures.
