Guardian Bikes is seeking a Fulfillment Associate to efficiently pick, pack, label and load orders from our Seymour, IN facility. You will manage inventory, stage pallets, and support daily shipping targets in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork, with opportunities to operate pallet jacks and forklifts after training. Overtime may be required during peak season.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Basic math and counting skills.
• Willingness to work overtime during peak season.
• Comfort using handheld scanners or a warehouse management system (WMS).

Responsabilités

• Pick boxed bikes, parts and accessories using handheld scanners and pick lists.
• Pack orders securely with correct shipping labels.
• Stage, load and unload trucks and build/wrap pallets.
• Receive incoming product and store it correctly.
• Run cycle counts and flag damaged items or mislabeling.
