Job summary

Guardian Bikes is seeking a Fulfillment Associate to move finished bikes and accessories from the warehouse to customers efficiently and safely. You will pick, pack, label and load orders, maintain organized inventory, and help the team hit daily shipping targets during peak season.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Basic math and attention to detail for counting and order checks.
• Willingness to work overtime during peak season.

Responsibilities

• Pick boxed bikes, parts and accessories using handheld scanners and pick lists.
• Pack orders securely so bikes arrive undamaged, and apply correct shipping labels.
• Stage, load and unload trucks and trailers; build and wrap pallets.
• Receive incoming product, check it against paperwork, and put it away in the right location.
• Run cycle counts and flag damaged items, shortages or mislabeled stock.
• Operate pallet jacks and, once trained and certified, forklifts.
