• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift ingredients/equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare handmade fudge and specialty confections using traditional methods.
• Maintain product quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
• Package and present products for sale.
• Assist with inventory and ingredient preparation.
• Work with the team to meet production goals.
• Interact with customers and share product knowledge.
