Job summary

Hans Estate Vineyards in Canada is seeking workers for seasonal, full-time vineyard and farm tasks starting as early as February 2027. No prior experience required; training will be provided.

Work is performed on-site at the physical location with outdoor, physically demanding tasks including vine care, pruning, and harvest duties. Responsibilities include applying fertilizers, guiding shoots, maintaining vine growth, packing produce, irrigation, weed control, and plant support.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Apply fertilizers in the field to support vine health.
• Guide growing shoots into optimal development positions.
• Maintain and manage growth of vines, vine canopy and grapes.
• Pack fruits and vegetables for harvest and shipment.
• Plant, cultivate and irrigate crops as needed.
• Remove manually all suckers and water sprouts.
• Sort fruits and vegetables by size and quality.
• Tie and secure plants to support structures.
• Weeding to control unwanted growth.
