Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification, payment handling, loyalty promotions, and bagging.
• Greet customers and provide a personalized service experience to build relationships.
• Build product knowledge through wine, spirits, and beer training.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions and loyalty programs.
• Uphold safety, cleanliness, and compliance with alcohol sale laws.
• Perform cross-functional duties and other tasks as assigned.
