Total Wine & More is seeking a seasonal Front End Team Member in Seattle to provide fast, friendly cashiering and assist customers with product knowledge and services. You will process transactions, answer questions, and promote the loyalty program to enhance the customer experience.

The role may involve as a sales associate or merchandiser/stock duties, with part-time or full-time shifts based on business needs. Training on wine, spirits, and beer is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of work experience; 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification and payment handling.
• Deliver friendly, personalized service and promote loyalty programs.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and store policies.
• Uphold safety and cleanliness standards and comply with alcohol sale laws.
