Total Wine & More in Tacoma, WA is seeking a Seasonal Front End Team Member to deliver fast, friendly service at the register and on the floor. You will process transactions, answer questions, and help customers find products while upholding company standards.

This role may also involve as needed as a sales associate or merchandiser. It requires a willingness to learn, strong customer service, and the ability to work evenings and weekends during peak times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification and payment handling.
• Greet customers and deliver a personalized shopping experience.
• Provide product information and promote loyalty programs.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions and store policies.
• Ensure store safety, cleanliness and compliance with laws related to alcohol sales.
