Total Wine & More in Rochester, MN is seeking a Front End Team Member to deliver fast, friendly cashier service and engage customers with product knowledge. You may also support as a sales associate or merchandiser as needed.

Qualifications

• Passion for best-in-class customer service and teamwork.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• 1–3 years of work experience; retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory software.

Responsabilités

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including ID verification and payment handling.
• Greet customers, engage and inform about products and services to build relationships.
• Participate in training to build product knowledge for wine, spirits and beer.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure store safety and cleanliness and comply with alcohol sale laws.
• Complete cross-functional duties as assigned.
