Job summary

Kohl's Lafayette, LA is seeking a dedicated associate to deliver exceptional customer service and help ensure smooth store operations. You will process freight, stock shelves, and support omni‑channel fulfillment while maintaining product protection standards.

You will greet customers, assist with product questions, and participate in training for new hires on brand standards, inventory procedures, and fast, friendly service. Must be 16 or older with flexible day/evening/weekend availability.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product, including unloading truck shipments and execute stockroom operations and omni channel fulfillment
• Replenish the sales floor as necessary based on sell through and seasonal changes
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services
• Execute all product protection standards
• Participate in training for new hires on Kohl’s brand standards, product knowledge, inventory procedures, productivity standards, tools and resources
