Job summary

Kohl's in Bridgeton, NJ seeks a customer-focused associate to help deliver excellent service and execute store operations. You will process freight, replenish stock, and support omni-channel fulfillment to ensure a fast, friendly shopping experience.

You will greet customers, assist with products and services, maintain merchandise standards, and participate in training on brand guidelines and safety policies while supporting sales and loyalty goals.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
• Verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product, including unloading truck shipments and execute stockroom operations and omni channel fulfillment.
• Replenish the sales floor as necessary based on sell through and seasonal changes.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Execute all product protection standards.
• Participate in training for new hires on brand standards, product knowledge, inventory procedures, and productivity guidelines.
• Maintain integrity, honesty and foster teamwork in an inclusive culture.
• Provide customer service and support POS to deliver fast transactions and compelling experiences.
• Meet or exceed individual goals related to productivity, credit, and loyalty.
• Accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.
• Follow company policies, procedures, standards and guidelines.
