Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
• Verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 16 years of age or older; flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product, unload shipments and manage stockroom operations and omni channel fulfillment.
• Replenish the sales floor based on sell through and seasonal changes.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance.
• Enforce all product protection standards.
• Participate in training for new hires on brand standards, product knowledge, inventory procedures, productivity standards, tools and resources and as directed by store leadership.
• Act with integrity, honesty and foster teamwork in an engaged and inclusive culture.
• Exercise good judgment and discernment, escalating as needed.
• Demonstrate a customer service mindset and resolve issues to satisfy needs.
• Support POS and customer service to deliver fast transactions and a compelling experience.
• Meet or exceed individual goals like productivity, loyalty.
• Accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.
• Follow company policies, procedures, standards and guidelines.
• Maintain adherence to safety policies for associates and customers.
• Receive direction from supervisors and other personnel.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
