Responsibilities

• Receive and process product, including unloading shipments and stockroom/omni-channel fulfillment.
• Replenish the sales floor based on sell-through and seasonality.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Follow product protection standards.
• Participate in training of new hires on Kohl's brand standards, product knowledge, inventory procedures and productivity standards.
