Job summary

The Michaels Companies, Inc. in Webster, NY is seeking a Retail Framing Associate to help customers create custom framing solutions and maintain a well‑merchandised, in‑stock store.

You will operate the cash register, deliver friendly service, and support Omni channel processes while upholding SOPs and safety guidelines. You’ll work in a dynamic retail environment, assist with framing orders, stock shelves, and collaborate with teammates to ensure high quality and on‑time results.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Basic measuring skills required.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience preferred; experience selling products to customers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and create custom framing solutions.
• Help customers shop and find what they need in a well merchandised store.
• Complete framing orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and related areas.
• Operate the cash register and process cash handling to standards.
• Support omni-channel processes and assist with store operations.
