Job summary

Newell Brands is seeking a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate for the Gloucester Township, NJ area to deliver an exceptional guest experience and drive sales growth in a fragrance-forward environment.

You will support inventory, maintain store standards, and help engage customers with product knowledge, contributing to loyalty through the Rewards program and teamwork with store leadership.

Qualifications

• High School completion or equivalent GED.
• Proven experience in a retail environment (1+ years preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Must be able to work in a fragrance-filled environment
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Guest Experience: Contribute to creating a welcoming store environment focused on delivering an exceptional guest experience.
• Team Experience: Support the Store Manager in building a high-performing team that represents Newell Brand Values and collaborate effectively.
• Operational Experience: Assist in inventory management, store appearance, safety and loss prevention, and KPI achievement.
