Newell Brands is seeking a Retail Associate to enhance the guest experience and support sales growth across our store. You will engage with customers through product knowledge, build emotional connections, and drive loyalty through our rewards program.

You will also assist the Store Manager in developing a high-performing team, maintain visual standards, manage inventory, and help control costs while upholding our values of integrity, teamwork and ownership.

Competenze

• High School completion or equivalent GED.
• Retail experience (1+ years preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Must be able to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
