Job summary

Macy's is seeking a Seasonal Fragrance Sales Support colleague to help create a welcoming fragrance area and assist the sales team with customer engagement and merchandising. You will help stock displays, prepare products, and provide friendly service during peak shopping periods.

Ideal candidates bring a customer‑first attitude, can work nights, weekends, and holidays, and are comfortable using a cash register and basic POS technology.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Retail or guest services experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in fragrance department with warmth and product knowledge.
• Maintain neat, merchandised and stocked displays.
• Support sales team on floor and behind the scenes to ensure smooth operations.
• Process transactions and operate the register as needed.
