Job summary

Duluth Trading Company is hiring an Equipment Operator for the Belleville, WI fulfillment center. The role includes loading/unloading, stocking, RF equipment use, and safety, with weekday shifts 5:00 AM–1:30 PM. Full-time hours are available for the season, plus a Peak Holiday Premium.

The job offers on-site work, forklift training, a 40% employee discount, daily pay options, and 401(k) eligibility. Drug screen and background check are required, must be able to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Drug Screen & Background Check Required
• Ability to reach above head to lift 30 lb boxes
• Requires loading/unloading small vans up to 53 ft trailers
• Routine lifting to up to 30 ft height
• Adherence to safety policies and procedures
• Safely operate moving equipment to add/remove stock
• Restock bins from bulk locations using RF equipment
• Move merchandise from staging to bulk locations using RF equipment
• Cycle counting in Receiving/Replenishing/Inventory Control
• Return merchandise put away in picking locations
• Downtime work in other warehouse areas
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Operate moving equipment to add/remove stock
• Restock primary picking bins from bulk locations using RF equipment
• Move received merchandise from staging to bulk locations
• Perform Receiving, Replenishing, or Inventory Control duties as needed
• Return merchandise to picking locations and stores when applicable
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
