Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is hiring a Forklift Operator in California for a seasonal role. You will operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers, load/unload trailers, and maintain safe, organized work areas while supporting our supply chain operations.

The position requires PIT certification, flexibility for overtime, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Trained and certified in safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks.
• Experience with order picking and pallet movement in a warehouse.
• Ability to operate a handheld scanner with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to move product and materials.
• Load and unload trailers and ensure proper staging.
• Maintain clean work area and follow 7S standards.
• Adhere to quality policies and process improvements.
