Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc is seeking a Forklift Operator for a seasonal role in California. The position offers an hourly rate of $25.25 and includes a comprehensive benefits package, with overtime as needed. Training and certification in safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks are required.

Typical duties include operating lift trucks and order pickers, loading/unloading trailers, and maintaining a clean workspace under the 7S program while supporting a quality-driven supply chain environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating order pickers and cherry pickers.
• Current or previous PIT certification preferred.
• Must be willing to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to push, pull, lift, stack or move product, equipment and materials.
• Use a handheld scanner with a high degree of accuracy
• Load and unload trailers as needed
• Adhere to the 7S program and maintain a clean environment at all times
• Display a commitment to process excellence
• Demonstrate an understanding of the Supply Chain quality policy
• Perform inbound receiving processes
