Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Forklift Operator to drive forklift equipment and assist with material handling in a fast-paced warehouse in California.

This role involves loading/unloading, scanning goods, and maintaining organized, safe work areas to support efficient supply chains. The ideal candidate has forklift certification, up to a flexible schedule including overtime, and at least a high school diploma with warehouse experience.

Qualifications

• Certified to operate powered industrial lift trucks (forklifts)
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including/overtime when needed
• 1 year of warehouse experience desirable
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to push, pull, lift, stack or move product, equipment and materials
• Use a handheld scanner with a high degree of accuracy
• Load and unload trailers as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Contribute to process excellence and quality policies
• Perform inbound receiving processes
