Job summary

Requirements include 1+ year manufacturing experience, forklift certification, ability to pass tests, strong communication, and willingness to work weekends and extended shifts.

Qualifications

• Forklift driver certification and ability to pass a preliminary driving test and safety training.
• Able to communicate effectively with others.
• Able to work weekends and extended shifts during the season.

Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down propane forklift safely and efficiently.
• Document paperwork at Northwest Packing plant in Vancouver, WA.
• Support fresh pack season (July–November).
• Follow safety and food safety policies and procedures.
• Weigh and check product before dumping to ensure correct amount.
