Job summary

Sur La Table in Indiana is seeking a Seasonal Forklift Driver to safely move product through the distribution center and support both internal and external customers. Reports to a Distribution Supervisor or Operations Manager.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts, maintaining safety and quality standards, and supporting daily productivity goals in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Must be 18+ and able to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior distribution experience preferred.
• 1-2 years standup forklift experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Move, load, unload, store, and stack product safely using forklift.
• Follow safe material handling methods.
• Document procedures to maintain quality finished product.
• Meet quality and productivity standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to meet daily goals.
• Maintain work area housekeeping.
• Record time worked per policy.
• Follow SOPs and company policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
