Job summary

Sur La Table seeks a Seasonal Forklift Driver to move products through the distribution center and support internal and external customers. The role reports to a Distribution Supervisor or Operations Manager.

Responsibilities include operating forklift safely, lifting up to 50 lbs, and maintaining a clean, compliant work area in a fast-paced warehousing environment. Overtime may be required during peak times.

Qualifications

• Prior distribution experience preferred.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and hand-held devices preferred.
• 1-2 years standup forklift experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Move, load, unload, store, and stack product safely using forklift.
• Follow safe material handling practices.
• Complete procedures and documentation to maintain quality products.
• Meet quality and productivity standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to hit daily goals.
• Maintain housekeeping and organize workspace.
• Record time worked accurately per policy.
• Follow all policies and SOPs.
• Other duties as assigned.
