Job summary

Responsibilities

• Road maintenance: clear culverts, remove debris, clean side ditches and maintain forest roadways.
• Regeneration work: plant trees, maintain deer fences, operate tractors, support plantings.
• Trail care: groom trails with snowmobiles/ATVs, use chainsaws and hand tools.
• Facility upkeep: perform painting, roofing, concrete work and general maintenance.
• Sign preparation: operate woodworking tools to build and maintain signs and markers.
• Fire protection: maintain wildfire tools, reduce hazards, assist with fire suppression.
