Surfside Kitchen in Saint Augustine, FL is seeking a dedicated Food Runner / Busser / Expo to join our energetic team in a fast-paced dining environment. This seasonal position offers the chance to become full-time and includes an employee discount and daily tip out.

You will deliver meals promptly, coordinate with front-of-house and kitchen staff, maintain a clean dining area, and support guests with outstanding service.

Competenze

• Restaurant or hotel experience is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
• Strong communication with guests and team members.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of food handling practices is beneficial.
• Commitment to excellent customer service.

Mansioni

• Deliver food and beverages from kitchen to dining area with accuracy and presentation.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness and reset tables for new guests.
• Assist in food preparation as needed while following safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with FOH and BOH teams for seamless operations.
• Support team during busy periods with tasks as assigned.
