Hilton's iconic Hotel del Coronado on Coronado Island is seeking a Food Runner (Seasonal) to join the F&B team. You will assist with food service, ensure cleanliness, and support cooks and servers during shift operations.

This seasonal role offers a competitive hourly wage of $22.82 USD and requires diligence in following health and safety guidelines to deliver memorable guest experiences in a historic resort setting.

Mansioni

• Follow opening and closing procedures and maintain station readiness
• Assist cooks/attendants with collecting and sanitizing food trays
• Assist servers with pre-bussing and table maintenance per health guidelines
• Retrieve products from storage, coolers, and main kitchen as needed
• Keep bus stations stocked with linens, silverware, glassware, ice, and condiments
• Transport used dishes to the dish room and replace soda tanks
• Perform side work including keeping storage areas clean
• Prepare trash and dirty linens for steward pickup
