Responsabilités

• Delight our guests: welcome executive guests and provide support throughout their stay, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.
• Prepare for exceptional service: stock serviceware, arrange furniture, prepare coffee and/or bar stations, and display food and beverages.
• Maintain service stations: ensure food and beverage stations are fully stocked, clean, and organized during service.
• Manage serviceware and inventory: collect used serviceware, monitor inventory quality, and restock the kitchen.
• Comply with regulatory standards: maintain health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
