Seasonal Food Runner/Busser (Madison Resort Wildwood Crest)

Join a fun team with a vibrant culture while working at the beautiful Jersey Shore! Madison Resort Wildwood Crest, formerly Oceanview Motel, is a beachfront property built in 1964, once the largest in The Wildwoods. Now under restoration by Madison Resorts, it plans to open in April 2024, featuring over 200 rooms, 1-2 restaurants, multiple pools, and beach services.

Role Overview: The Food Runner/Busser assists in all aspects of dining service, ensuring a positive guest experience and supporting the service team.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain positive guest interactions with a friendly demeanor.
• Know menu items, daily specials, and property events to assist guests effectively.
• Wear a clean, pressed uniform and prepare service areas before, during, and after shifts.
• Manage linen and stock supplies efficiently.
• Serve beverages, clear tables, reset tables to standards, and assist with food delivery.
• Display courtesy, enthusiasm, and a sense of urgency in all tasks.
• Assist kitchen and service staff as needed and perform related duties.

Minimum Requirements
