The Opportunity:

Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley is currently looking for a Seasonal Pool Attendant.

Essential functions of the job:

• Welcome guests to the pool and provide water service, towels, and seating assistance.
• Respond to all interactions courteously and professionally to maximize customer satisfaction, while following all company policies.
• Manage towels, juices, fruits, and amenities, including pick-up, restocking, and delivery.
• Use the hotel computer system for sales, check printing, closing checks, and end-of-day revenue reports.
• Perform opening procedures such as obtaining pool keys, unlocking cabinets, setting up amenities, and organizing towels.
• Serve and clear beverages professionally and unobtrusively.
• Maintain pool deck equipment by wiping down, setting up, and moving as needed.
• Assist in timing and organizing food orders in the kitchen.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Basic food knowledge, good personal presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible schedule, able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Pool season runs from mid-April to September 2025.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Ability to carry and balance a tray and work outdoors in the sun.
• Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
