Job summary

Stoneham Drilling is hiring Floorhands to join our growing team in a full-time seasonal role. The Floorhand assists the Derrickhand and Driller on the drill floor, participates in mud and chemical mixing, performs routine maintenance, and helps move and rig equipment, with safety as a top priority.

Qualifications include 6 months to 1 year as a Leasehand/Floorhand, H2S certification, and the ability to work in a team.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of working as a Leasehand/Floorhand.
• H2S Certification required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• General maintenance of drilling rig.
• Operate and maintain engines that run the draw works, turn rotary table and circulate drilling fluid.
• Clean and maintain equipment.
• Paint the drilling floor and rig.
• Ensure usage of proper safety equipment.
• Comply with company guidelines and work in a safe manner.
