Move-tastic, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Fleet & Warehouse Assistant to support our operations throughout the busy season. In this role, you will manage inventory, assist with truck preparations, and ensure efficient operations in a dynamic team environment. We’re currently looking for a Seasonal Fleet & Warehouse Assistant who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and help keep our fleet, warehouse, and operations running smoothly through the busy season, from now until at least the end of summer / beginning of fall.
Warehouse & Inventory Support
Receive, restock, and organize supplies and materials daily
Check and replenish moving materials on all trucks
Maintain blanket rotation and cleanliness
Manage warehouse storage crates (with forklift assistance), keeping things organized and efficient
Overseeing inbound and outbound storage shipments, facilitating vault relocation between warehouses
Team Communications & Operations Support
Post mover communications and maintain crew noticeboards
Arrange truck rentals, deliveries, and run errands as needed
General building maintenance (e.g., light bulbs, minor fixes)
Keep our facilities tidy and our team supplied
Truck & Fleet Operations
Prep trucks daily: start vehicles, inspect interiors & exteriors, flag any issues
Perform weekly maintenance checks (fluids, lights, cleanliness, etc.)
Conduct light maintenance (e.g., paint touch-ups, mirror replacement, vinyling)
Assist with monitoring fleet maintenance schedules & take trucks in for service
Strong sense of independence and team collaboration
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and cool under pressure
Reliable, flexible, and ready to adapt to a fast-paced day
Comfortable with light vehicle maintenance (checking fluids, changing headlights, etc.)
Able to communicate professionally through email and basic software tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office)
Must hold a valid Driver’s License
Forklift experience is a plus!
