Palmetto State Armory is seeking a Customer Sales Rep for the Myrtle Beach store. You will assist customers with purchases, including firearms and related gear, while delivering top-tier service and maintaining product knowledge.

This seasonal, part-time role may require evenings and weekends to support busy periods. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, prior sales or customer service experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to handle high customer volume with composure.
• Familiarity with 4473 paperwork and FBI NICS is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with purchasing selections including firearms and related gear.
• Greet customers promptly and provide excellent service.
• Resolve customer issues to maintain a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain store appearance including cleaning and restocking.
• Accurately process 4473 and related documents.
• Remain impartial in sales and meet store sales goals.
