Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficient basic math skills and high attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of POS systems; NetSuite SCIS preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Able to stay calm and professional during peak hours.
• Strong interpersonal skills and written communication.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor others.
• Customer service oriented with a focus on the organization’s goals.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers in finalizing their purchases and provide excellent service.
• Maintain the front end of the store, including cleaning, restocking, and presentation.
• Greet customers as they enter or exit the store.
• Collect payments by cash, check, charge, or gift card.
• Complete sales, returns, and exchanges promptly and accurately.
• Operate the cash register and balance at end of shift.
• Report to the store manager and follow daily instructions.
