Macy's is seeking a Fine Jewelry Sales Colleague to deliver outstanding customer service in our Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex. You’ll bring elegance, knowledge of precious metals and gems, and personalized service to help customers select pieces for life’s milestones.

You will promote loyalty and warranty programs, assist with inventory, support events, ensure secure, accurate merchandise presentation, and build lasting client relationships through consultative selling and clienteling tools.

Formación

• 1–2 years of related experience required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to learn and use digital shopping tools and clienteling features.

• Support inventory, fulfillment, and special events in the Fine Jewelry department.
