Job summary

Pelican Bay Foundation in Naples, FL is seeking Part-Time Seasonal Servers to join our Food & Beverage team. You’ll greet members and guests, learn the menu and daily specials, and take accurate orders with our POS system.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of fine-dining or high-volume serving experience, strong customer service skills, and the stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 pounds. This on-site role offers flexible AM and PM shifts, with end date 5/15/2027.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience serving in fine-dining or high-volume environments.
• Experience delivering outstanding customer service while collaborating with team members.
• Ability to use POS technology effectively.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly.
• Take and enter orders in the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages efficiently while serving other members.
• Check with guests to ensure satisfaction and address issues promptly.
