Pelican Bay Foundation, Inc. in Naples, FL is seeking part-time seasonal bartenders to join our Food & Beverage team, reporting to the Restaurant Manager. You will work closely with a diverse team to provide excellent member and guest service.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, mixing and serving beverages, maintaining bar cleanliness, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with age restrictions. This role requires teamwork, reliability, and good communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of at least 3 months of bartending experience in the hospitality industry.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation.
• Ability to use POS technology effectively.
• Ability to meet physical requirements: standing, walking, and carrying up to 50 pounds.
• Must have effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Great members and guests warmly as they approach the bar.
• Mix and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, following standard recipes.
• Ensure consistent beverage quality by adhering to recipes and representation guidelines.
• Monitor member satisfaction, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar equipment. Keep the bar area well stocked and always organized.
• Perform regular inventory checks and restock supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements.
