2020 Companies, Inc. in Miami is seeking a Seasonal Retail Engagement Specialist to travel your assigned territory, visit 22–30 retail locations per day, and build strong merchant relationships while educating on the client’s financial services and program benefits.

This field-based role offers $23 per hour plus a 10% monthly bonus, with paid training, mileage reimbursement, and a company mobile device. The 90-day assignment supports flexible, performance-driven work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently in field.

Responsibilities

• Travel throughout territory visiting approximately 22–30 retail locations per day.
• Engage with merchants in a professional, relationship-focused manner.
• Introduce and educate new merchants on client’s financial services and program benefits.
• Provide on-site support, answer questions, and address concerns to build merchant understanding.
• Place and maintain point-of-sale materials and in-store branding.
• Document visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systems.
• Manage a mix of in-store engagement, driving, and administrative follow-up throughout the day.
• Work independently in the field while partnering with leadership and training teams.
