Qualifications

• Ability to follow direction while exercising sound judgment in a field-based environment.
• Basic technical knowledge, including experience setting up and troubleshooting computer hardware.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to interact with associates.

Responsibilities

• Support the setup, opening, closure, and relocation of seasonal tax offices.
• Perform routine building maintenance and custodial tasks.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware issues and document incidents.

Skills

Ability to follow direction

Ability to lift 55 pounds

Basic technical knowledge of hardware

Strong problem-solving skills

Knowledge of Microsoft Office
